Locally based and sales-oriented support on dealer network development.
Co-ordinate the management of dealer appointments and changes to the network.
Manage the annual dealer review process.
Manage dealer contract and policies among all the countries in CHINA region.
Monitor dealer performance and identify areas of non-performance.
Propose and manage dealer upgrading actions for non-performing dealers.
Support dealers in their endeavors to achieve agreed business targets.
Support the achievement of overall Brand business objectives.
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
English and Chinese language.
Minimum 8 years' experience in business or sales management.
Excellent management & administrative skills.
Thorough understanding of business systems and processes.
Thorough understanding of wholesale business structures and dynamics.
