Contributing more cargo for Group both from existing customers and by the addition of new customers. In terms of volume the objective is to meet and exceed the specific sales targets as assigned.
Fulfill upcoming CRM and other KPIs requirements as set in the sales processes. strategy setting, preplan/post plan preparation, ADP etc.
Supporting and coach front line sales and to be the corporate model. Provide front line face to face coverage for all assigned Asia Key Accounts (AKA) throughout Asia.
Engage all local offices in Group to perform necessary follow up in line with AKA account strategies.
Work closely with Trade Management and other AKA teams in Europe, Asia and North/ South America to develop, roll out and make market adjustment for the strategies for each AKA account.
Integrate new services and changes into the AKA account presentations and actively promote and follow up with involved front offices.
Strengthen relationships with all accounts while targeting improved lift with specific accounts.
Lead and coach other team members and assist in the training and development of new employees.
Participate in AKA Team improvement process to help streamline the activities, gain better production and represent AKA on MPS Project.
Manage Travel and Entertainment spending within budget.
Involve Asia local sales in all locations to develop relationships with all AKA Accounts and coordinate their reporting developments.
Attend Trade and Network Planning meetings to gain knowledge of the strategies and practices that drive their business and share market knowledge with Trade and Network Operation.
Manage and guide the activity of AKA yearly Tenders with the team members, GA team and responsible Trade staff to meet deadlines and gain Group maximum support.
Handle other projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Shipping, Logistics, Marketing or equivalent.
8 to 10 years experiences in shipping industry, preferably in sales, marketing, pricing and/or trade management.
Has shown proven success in business development and works well with a team environment.
Able to manage multiple customers requirements in a profit center type environment.
Experience in managing people with both leadership and delegation ease.
Proficient PC skills.
Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Detail and commercial-minded.
Good command of spoken and written English.
