Order to Delivery management, include contract preparation, production monitoring, shipment arrangement and delivery instruction, import documents collection and distribution etc.
Sales database maintenance and analysis on weekly and monthly basis, include order intake, invoice, commercial stock, dealer inventory, retail etc.
Assist salesman to communicate with dealer & customer, push balance payment if necessary.
Assist finance and sales director to maintain the price list.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Bachelor or Master postgraduates, major in business administration, English language or similar major.
Good English & Chinese for verbal and written communication.
Sound skills in office software, especially with Excel.
Ability to manage multi-tasks.
